In 2021, for fulfilled the requirements of customers for large quantities of products, HCP has been expanding the production capacity on a large scale. Now, 16 AI lines and 16000㎡ module aging room have been came into service. It is estimated that the production capacity will increase by 1000㎡/quarter, and the monthly production capacity will be 4000㎡, supporting the products of P0.4-P1.8.

Moreover, HCP self-developed patented Mini LED mass transfer production line, transfers more than 2.5kk chips per hour, and the transfer yield is as high as 99.99%. Combined with the inspection and repair process, the yield is up to 100%, improving the transfer efficiency and yield greatly and providing capacity support for the mass production of Mini LED.
